Easter is quickly approaching and we should all be mindful of the fact that some chocolate contains Palm Oil. You will find it in the ingredient list of many food products as well as Skin care, Hair care and Cleaning products. It goes by the following names:

Palm Kernel Oil, Vegetable Oil, Elaeis guineensis (Latin name), Hydrated Palm Glycerides, Hexadecaconoic or Palmitic Acid, Emulisifiers 422, 430-436, 465-467, 470-478, 481-483, 493-495, 570, anything with the words "Palmitate" or "Palmate". 

Ingredients containing any of these words, commonly found in skin/hair care and cleaners, will more than likely contain Palm or derivatives............
