Returns policy
In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect or faulty, please complete the returns form below within 3 days of receiving your order or call 0415105431
We encourage you to purchase sample trial sizes of the product before committing to the full size version, however, if you are not completely happy with your order you may return it (limited edition items, special promotions and samples are excluded).
For items returned within 21 days, a store credit or a replacement will be issued (please note: shipping costs not included). Once we receive the returned items, we will process your request within 7 business days and you will be notified by email.
